Refunds and Returns
REFUNDS:We use reputable in home delivery services to deliver and set up your order. In the event of damages you will return
damaged merchandise at the time of delivery. This is rare, but in such cases we will assist you in any way we can. There is no
additional charge for items to be returned in case of damages.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns unless you call us or email us as to your dissatisfaction with our merchandise and we will try to work with you, but if the item was well described with good intent then most of the time, all sales are final.

What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.
LEATHER RETURNS POLICY:
We do not offer a return or exchange policy. As the prices for our products are reasonably low, we cannot offer this type of service. In order to keep wholesale prices low we have decided to pass along the savings rather then charge for a service that is seldom used by most wholesalers. We will exchange an item(s) if it is found to be damaged within 5 business days from the date the product was delivered. You will need to contact our customer service department and inform them of the problem found with the product. All items will be inspected upon delivery to our warehouse and by customer on the day of delivery.
